How Hearvana started
Hearvana began with a simple complaint: coaching had gotten loud. Assessments, quadrants, apps, a personality color. None of it helped the person who had to make the call by Friday.
So we stripped it back. A closed door. Two chairs. One leader carrying something heavy, and one coach whose only job is to help them set it down and look at it straight.
We work with senior managers, founders, and directors across the Sandhills and beyond — people who lead rooms, sign the decisions, and rarely get an honest hour to think. Some come with a specific call. Others come because the role got bigger than the way they were leading it.
The work is quiet on purpose. Clarity doesn't arrive at a shout.
What hasn't changed since day one: the person you meet on the first call is the person in every session after. No hand-offs. No junior associate learning on your time.
