The three engagements
What each program is, and what it costs.
01
// one to one
The 1:1 Program
From $6,800 · six months
The core of the practice. Two sessions a month with the same coach, in person on Turnbull Road or by video. We work the decisions you actually face — the role, the team, the call you keep rehearsing.
// what's inside
- Twelve sessions across six months, in person or video.
- A private decision log kept between us, updated every session.
- Between-session notes and short assignments you'll actually use.
- A closing review measured against your day-one goals.
02
// the mirror
360° Feedback
$2,400 · flat
A clear picture of how you actually land. We interview the people around you — reports, peers, the boss — in confidence, then turn what they said into one honest report and a plan.
// what's inside
- Six to nine confidential interviews with people you name.
- One written report — themes, not scorecards, no one quoted by name.
- A two-hour debrief that turns the report into three moves.
- Pairs cleanly with the 1:1 Program if you want to go further.
03
// the room
Team Workshops
From $4,500 / day
For the team that has to decide together. Half or full day, up to twelve people. We don't run icebreakers — we work the real friction: how you disagree, how you decide, how you move once it's called.
// what's inside
- A scoping call first — we design the day around your real friction.
- Half day up to eight people; full day up to twelve.
- Live work on a decision the team is stuck on, not a case study.
- A one-page team agreement everyone leaves the room holding.

How you're billed
One fee, agreed in writing, before the first session.
// flat
No meter running
You pay for the engagement, not the hour. Calls, notes, and the decision log between sessions are already in the price.
// in writing
Scope before start
Goals, cadence, and cost land in a one-page scope you sign first. Nothing changes without a conversation.
// invoiced
Half up front, half at close
Fifty percent to begin, the balance at the closing review. Card, transfer, or check — whatever's cleanest for your finance team.
Before you enquire
The four questions we get most.
// q.01
In person or video?
Either, and often both. The Turnbull Road office for the ones that matter, video when your week won't allow it.
// q.02
Who's my coach?
The coach you meet on the first call runs every session. No hand-off to a junior associate, ever.
// q.03
Is it confidential?
Yes. Sessions are private, reports name no one, and your board hears results — never transcripts.
// q.04
What if it isn't right?
Then we say so on the first call. Coaching isn't the answer to everything, and we'd rather tell you than sell you.
